Prior to our appointment, you and I will sign a Service Agreement, which protects your privacy, and outlines the terms and conditions of our services.
At the conclusion of our initial session, I will help you choose the best way to proceed, taking into account your needs, time frame and budget. If there is a large amount of hands-on help needed, I may arrange for one or more organizing assistants to help complete the tasks in the fastest and most cost effective way. If you have specialized needs in a particular area (such as wardrobe consulting, or installation of a new storage system), I can provide referrals from among my colleagues to trusted professionals who can meet your needs.
Of course, you are under no obligation to purchase any additional services or products following our initial appointment. You will have a detailed, personalized action plan with which you can move forward in any way you choose.

On this call, I will learn from you where you are, and where you want to be in each of the areas in which you want to work. We'll cover a lot of questions about your individual needs (and those of others in your household) so that we'll be ready to focus on specific solutions when we meet.
We will complete a thorough walk-through of the space or spaces in which you need help. I will give as many concrete recommendations as possible, making notes as we go from which we will create your Game Plan. You are welcome to make your own notes or even record the session if you like. If time permits, we will complete a small piece of work - sorting out one drawer or one small pile of paper - to give us both a feel for working with one another.
After the walk through, we'll sit down together and I'll write up a bullet point outline of the recommendations we discussed, as well as suggestions for the order in which the steps should be carried out. I will provide information about where to purchase recommended products (with photos and pricing wherever possible), as well as options for donating, recycling, and safe disposal of unwanted items.
After your consultation appointment, you are welcome to call or email with questions about any of the recommendations that we covered. I understand that it may be a lot of information to absorb in a short period of time, and you should feel free to ask questions if you find you need further information or clarification.

This package is perfect for people who want to focus on one specific space, (or a specific system) and who are eager to get started producing results right away!

During this call, I will find out exactly what you want to accomplish in the specific area you have chosen, as well as the status of that area now. We will decide on an action plan for our 6-Hour appointment, and determine any supplies that will be needed for that day. We will be prepared to hit the ground running when we meet!
We will do a quick walk-through of the area in which we are working, and finalize our strategy for the day. Once we are together in the space, we may decide to make some adjustments to the action plan we created over the phone, in order to maximize our results from our session. Unless other arrangements are agreed upon in advance, we will work side by side from 10:00 am until 4:30 pm, with a half hour break for lunch (off the clock for the organizer, of course!). You are welcome to take a longer lunch break than that, and are encouraged to take other short breaks throughout the day to stay refreshed and energized.
We will close our session by drawing up an outline of any action items still needed for you to realize your goals for the space. This will include information about where to purchase recommended products (with photos and pricing wherever possible) as well as options for donating, recycling, and safe disposal of unwanted items.
I will take away items that you would like to donate, and drop them off at a thrift store in my area (up to 3 boxes or trash bags full). I will obtain a donation receipt and mail it to you.
